“A healthy mind lives in a healthy body, and yoga nurtures both.” The students of the Primary Section celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm on the school campus. The session was led by our Physical Education Teacher, Ms. Meena, who guided the children through simple yoga postures, breathing exercises, stretching movements, and relaxation techniques suitable for their age. The students actively participated and learned several basic asanas that promote flexibility, balance, concentration, and physical fitness. The enjoyable session encouraged them to understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle from an early age. The celebration concluded with a renewed awareness that regular yoga practice contributes significantly to physical well-being, emotional stability, and mental peace.
