On 28th May 2025 the staff orientation was organized from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at St. Charles High School (CISCE) Auditorium. 230 teachers from St. Thomas Town Campus and Kammanahalli Campus participated in this programme. The Resource Person for the orientation programme was Rev. Fr. Francis. Father spoke on the importance of self- awareness, role clarification and on how to build a healthy relationship among the Management, Teachers, Parents and Students. Fr. Francis also enlightened the audience on the POSCO Act. The programme offered a meaningful insight on value driven learning environment.
