"Democracy is not just about voting, it's about participation."

On July 8 and 9, 2025, students of Grade 9 and 10 participated in the Young Indian Parliament program at the majestic Vidhan Soudha. This mock parliament experience allowed students to contest for various positions, gaining insight into parliamentary procedures and the democratic process. The participants received certificates for their involvement, fostering a deeper understanding of civic engagement and leadership. This initiative not only educated the young minds about the parliamentary system but also instilled in them the values of democracy, teamwork, and public speaking. Yashaswini N of Std 10 has been selected to participate in the Zonal level. It was an enriching experience for the students.
