Independenceday Celebration

"India is a dream, a vision and a hope of the greatest nation in the world." Jawaharlal Nehru

The Little Charlians celebrated our Independence Day with immense enthusiasm. The little ones were dressed up as our freedom fighters showcasing their creativity and patriotic spirit. It was a joyful sight as the children were not only engaged in various fun activities but they also learned about the great heroes who had fought for India's freedom. This special day fostered a sense of pride and unity among our young students. The stage and classrooms were beautifully decorated with pictures related to the theme of independence. The UKG Students sang patriotic songs, coloured the national symbols and took home tri coloured pin wheels and butterflies to mark the significance of the day. The LKG students received a National Flag to take home, symbolizing their connection to our nation. The tiny tots of the Nursery enjoyed making handprint flags which added a personal touch to the celebration. Through these activities, the children developed a deeper understanding of India's freedom struggle and the sacrifices made by our brave freedom fighters. This celebration also instilled in the children the feelings of patriotism, solidarity and fraternity. It was indeed a memorable day for our little ones as it reminded them the importance of freedom and unity. Jai Hind
