Food preservation techniques
As a part of curriculum students are learning the methods of preservation of foods in the books . To have a practical experience we conducted experiments on food preservation techniques in the lab.
Students of Class 10 prepared various food items like pickles and jams using the simple food preservatives like Sugar, Salt , Oil and Spices.
The students enjoyed the activity of cooking and also learnt the importance of preservation of food.
