'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'

To bring awareness of the importance and consumption of fruits in a regular diet, the twinkling stars of LKG celebrated Fruity Fiesta (Fruit Day) on 31st July 2025.The programme started with a prayer dance. A competition was held where 22 participants from the LKG sections participated. It was difficult for the judges to pick the winners as they spoke about their favourite fruit with enthusiasm They were dressed up in colourful and creative costumes which was so mesmerizing. Creative take aways were given to children. They were asked to bring fruits for snacks. An activity was conducted in class where the children did thumb printing on the picture of a pineapple. It was a wonderful opportunity to promote healthy eating habits and foster a love for natures candy.
