English Elocution Competition

“Speech is power: Speech is to persuade, to convert to compel”-Ralph Waldo Emerson

An English Elocution Competition was held on 9th July for the primary students. It was truly a spectacular showcase of talent and confidence. The young participants mesmerized the audience with their enthusiastic performance in a variety of segments such as : Std 1: Showcasing my world, Std 2: Poetic Parade, Std 3: Echoes of Emotions and Std 4: verses and voices. Each child displayed remarkable expression, clarity,and stage presence, their potential and preparation. The event began with a warm welcome speech by Mrs Prathibha Horo , setting the tone of the day.The competition was judged by Principal Sr.Suneeta D.Souza , Sr.Mary, Sr.Josephine, Sr.Elizabeth Leo ,Mrs. Asha Chavan and Mrs. Nancy Roy presence added grace to the event.The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs Jasmine Lurdu Lattecia appreciating the efforts of students.
