A five-day workshop from 8th September till 12th September, 2025 on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics was organized by KISA at ACTS Secondary School, Hosur Road. The sessions were conducted by the expert team from JustRobotics India, who engaged the teachers with hands-on activities, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations. Mrs. Mahalakshmi M, Computer Science faculty attended the workshop and received a certificate. The objective of the workshop was to provide participants with a strong foundation in AI and Robotics, enabling them to integrate these concepts into the teaching-learning process and inspire students to explore future technologies.

Over the five days, the workshop covered:
• Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in daily life.
• Basics of Robotics – design, structure, and functioning of robots.
• Programming concepts and practical coding sessions using Python.
• Sensor integration, automation, and real-time problem-solving.
• Ethical considerations and the future scope of AI in education and society.
• 3D modelling, circuits and coding using Tinkercad
• Programming in Arduino to integrate it with robots.

Teachers actively participated in all sessions, gaining valuable insights into how AI and Robotics can be introduced in classrooms through activity-based learning. The training also included guidance on setting the question paper, ensuring assessment methods align with the concepts and skills taught during the program. The workshop concluded with encouraging feedback from the teachers. Participants showcased their learning through mini-projects and discussions, reflecting their enthusiasm and curiosity. Teachers extended an heartfelt gratitude to KISA and JustRobotics India for organizing such an enriching and impactful program, which empowered teachers with the latest knowledge and equipped them to inspire the next generation of innovators. The program not only enhanced technical knowledge but also encouraged creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking among teachers and they are geared up to guide their students with greater curiosity and confidence.
